1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shaadiyari.com, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, vendors, and others who access the Service.

2. Services Offered

Shaadiyari provides an online marketplace that connects couples ("Users") with wedding service providers ("Vendors"). We act as a facilitator and do not provide the actual wedding services (catering, photography, etc.) ourselves.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Vendor Policy

Vendors listed on Shaadiyari are independent third parties. While we perform basic verification, Shaadiyari does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Vendors.

Any contract for services is strictly between the User and the Vendor. We are not a party to any agreement entered into between Users and Vendors.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments made through our platform are processed by secure third-party gateways. Booking amounts, advance payments, and refund policies are determined by the individual Vendors unless stated otherwise in a specific Shaadiyari promotion.

Shaadiyari is not responsible for refund disputes between Users and Vendors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shaadiyari, its directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
